What is myotherapy?

Myotherapy is the assessment of muscular injury and dysfunction. It is applied in the preventative, corrective and rehabilitative phases of therapy to restore and maintain the normal integrity of the soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia). The aim of Myotherapy is to treat the cause as well as the symptoms to improve muscular strength, flexibility and decrease pain.
